How to play against Billy

Combo: Billy chains everyone nearby with Chain Gang and yanks you in, slams you up with Bashdown, then fights with Blasted active.

Beware: Chain Gang isn’t a channel, so he keeps shooting and casting while it pulls. Break his line of sight for a second to snap your chain.
