How to counter BillyHow to counter

Counter heroes, counter items and the window to fight

Heroes that do best against Billy, the items that do best when Billy is on the enemy team, and the window to fight. Each number compares a hero's (or item's) result against Billy with its usual result, relative to how everyone does against Billy, so neither a strong counter-pick nor a strong Billy skews the list.

Their combo: Billy chains everyone nearby with Chain Gang and yanks you in, slams you up with Bashdown, then fights with Blasted active.

Beware: Chain Gang isn’t a channel, so he keeps shooting and casting while it pulls. Break his line of sight for a second to snap your chain.
