How to counter Nurse HarrowHow to counter

Counter heroes, counter items and the window to fight

Heroes that do best against Nurse Harrow, the items that do best when Nurse Harrow is on the enemy team, and the window to fight. Each number compares a hero's (or item's) result against Nurse Harrow with its usual result, relative to how everyone does against Nurse Harrow, so neither a strong counter-pick nor a strong Nurse Harrow skews the list.

Their combo: Nurse Harrow throws Leech Therapy to drain your health and energy, then channels Lurking Terrors (7s, 10s at tier 3): everyone nearby is slowed, and anyone looking at her builds terror until they’re feared.

When to fight: She’s stuck channelling. Look away from her: you won’t build terror, and you take half damage while facing away. Then punish her.

Beware: The slow hits you even if you’re not looking at her, so don’t stay close.
