How to counter McGinnisHow to counter

Counter heroes, counter items and the window to fight

Heroes that do best against McGinnis, the items that do best when McGinnis is on the enemy team, and the window to fight. Each number compares a hero's (or item's) result against McGinnis with its usual result, relative to how everyone does against McGinnis, so neither a strong counter-pick nor a strong McGinnis skews the list.

Their combo: McGinnis traps you with Spectral Wall (she can make it erupt early for damage) and surrounds you with Mini Turrets.

When to fight: She’s slowed while using Heavy Barrage. Easy target.

Beware: Melee breaks Spectral Wall. Turrets have only 100 health, so kill them first if they’re in the open.
