How to play against Drifter

Combo: Drifter casts Eternal Night to cut your vision and make everyone count as isolated for his bonus damage, then bleeds a target with Stalker’s Mark and recasts it to appear behind them.

Beware: During Eternal Night staying near teammates doesn’t remove his isolation bonus, but stick together anyway so they can help. Slowing Hex stops his Stalker’s Mark teleport.
