Heroes that do best against Drifter, the items that do best when Drifter is on the enemy team, and the window to fight. Each number compares a hero's (or item's) result against Drifter with its usual result, relative to how everyone does against Drifter, so neither a strong counter-pick nor a strong Drifter skews the list.

Their combo: Drifter casts Eternal Night to cut your vision and make everyone count as isolated for his bonus damage, then bleeds a target with Stalker’s Mark and recasts it to appear behind them.

Beware: During Eternal Night staying near teammates doesn’t remove his isolation bonus, but stick together anyway so they can help. Slowing Hex stops his Stalker’s Mark teleport.
