Monster Rounds 800sell; prioritize clearing wave until t2 card + quicksilver reload to win lane
Quicksilver Reload 1,600imbue → Card Trickallows u to get full value of full auto in lane and poke enemy with cards off its cooldown.
Extra Health 800avoid selling until endgame (band-aid for your hp pool for delaying greens)

Spiritual Overflow 6,400this is still wraith's best item for dps and sustain (spirit shredder + overflow is 32% spirit lifesteal)
Spirit Rend 3,200more dps than overflow against spirit resilience (recommend leech/unstop next for invest)
Burst Fire 3,200swift striker is the alternative if u dont like burst fire

Reactive Barrier 1,600This item is always good because you only die to crowd control. Think of this item like adding 400-600 hp to your health pool for 1600
