This build looks like alot and it is I made this for myself its everything in one and if I want to go gun I go gun same with snipe and even medic -NiNjA_Master
Items in buying order
High-Velocity Rounds 800I never liked this item but builds into opening or sharpshooter so you might as well get it.
Opening Rounds 1,600Its a good early game item its honestly prefrence I dont get it as much but that does not mean you should not try it out and use it just get it early. Replace with the other mid game 1600 gun.
Quicksilver Reload 1,600imbue → Crow FamiliarUr a dog if you get this anyways you can swap the spots with improved spirit. Put it on your snipe or crow, but for me I like it on snipe but on crow is better. Kres likes this item so should you.
Extra Charge 800Now you have 3 snipes.
Rapid Recharge 3,200best thing early for snowballing you get 4 snipes very good this is a big power spike and if you want get this then get surge of power and put it on your snipe if you want.
Trophy Collector 1,600Once you get this Look for snipes/stacks its strong due to vin not wanting to jungle alot and perma fight. Can get another 1.6k item if you feel like you cant snowball that game.
Warp Stone 3,200Movment is needed on vin in the air so either you get speed like enduring with another 1600 green or fleetfoot for the speed but I like this due to the 50% item range in the air.
Grit 800Very nice can lead into so nice stuff.
Healing Rite 800Glory to support vindicta.

Improved Spirit 1,600Builds into boundless if you want it Im changing a few things
Long Range 1,600Vins Main item well 2nd main item the main item is right next to it. if you want more spirt skip this and if you dont want weaking get this over it but i like both.
Swift Striker 1,600Faster gun. Can replace with any other mid game gun item.
Sharpshooter 3,200I hate this item because of the zoom, BUT that does not mean its bad its kinda OP.
Superior Duration 3,200You can fly better and your crow last longer can skip if you have a good ammount of stacks and get damage over this.
Burst Fire 3,200This, Blood Tribute, or Heroic Aura. Burstfire is simple gun go BRRRRRR its easier to use than blood tribute but try to use this when starting with vin then use blood tribute hell even use both.
Counterspell 3,200"Unbind Parry"- Epicgamer Mainly if they have a hard CC team or lash.
Dispel Magic 3,200Can get sooner if they wanna counter you like seven stun, knockdown, warden hook, ect. Mainly if they have a debuff team.
Surge of Power 3,200imbue → AssassinatePut this on crow or your snipe if you can land your shots also you will be fast and shoot faster I get this on my snipe most of the time but crow is good for more gun.
Weakening Headshot 1,600More shread can get over titanic mag. ask if someone will build crippling if they are do not get this or if you have high stacks.
Recharging Rush 1,600More ults and bit of ammo and damage pars well with lightning scroll if you are into that. Dont get rapid if you grab this get another 1600 spirt over it.
Blood Tribute 3,200This, burst fire, or heroic Aura they each benifit from diffrent games like this is good if you plan to get healing like vampric and even anti debuffs.
Heroic Aura 3,200This, Blood Tribute, or Burst fire with heroic if someone else has it never get it buy it, and if you like speed and have a tank on your team use this to provide resists.
Enchanter's Emblem 1,600This is a great item all spirt damage gets a buff and nice armor not needed but good item but when you need space sell it or skip it if cc comes out early.
Reactive Barrier 1,600Great item to live for CC. If you get grit and do not want this get either sheliding.

Spellslinger 6,400You Can get Magnum over this I like this more. Stronger item now due to overflow and magnum nerfs but you can skip if you want.
Spirit Lifesteal 1,600Builds into Overflow you also can replace with bullet life steal for vamp burst.
Spiritual Overflow 6,400Overall great item and if you grab alchemical fire works well, Get boundless if you wanna lean more spirit/slot locked.
Bullet Lifesteal 1,600Builds into Vampiric Burst remeber mainly get Vamp if you have high stacks if not get crippling.
Vampiric Burst 6,400Heavy healing get bullet life steal to build into it over spirit life steal I only get it i need to challenge people in ult or go more gun than spirit and have hella stacks.
Crippling Headshot 6,400Never have 2 on a team. You resist shread them to hell along with crow its really strong. Remember if you have low stacks this is good but if you have high stacks get something else.
Titanic Magazine 1,600Vin suffers from ammo grab this. but if you grabbed recharging rush you can skip.
Mercurial Magnum 6,400imbue → Crow FamiliarIts an anti metal skin item, also pars well with your flight which is your main damage. Shout out Krescendolls.
Boundless Spirit 6,400If you do not like hybrid skip it. It is needed on vin for her snipe and flight damage after this spike get more survivablity unless you are killing it and get fire rate to kill faster.
Stamina Mastery 3,200If you need to move more or didnt get GT and want to fell like him.
Fortitude 3,200If you like the hp get this and If you want to move around more without going back to base for hp and good for staying in the fight.
Majestic Leap 3,200Its tech trust me DO NOT GET IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
Spirit Resilience 3,200If you HATE mina or any burst spirit heros.
Unstoppable 6,400You kinda need this get sooner if need be if they have alot of cc and you have hella stacks. Also 5 seconds of no phantom strike fun.
Slowing Hex 1,600If their is a shiv buy this. If their is a Calico buy this. Fed mina buy this. This shit is strong with stake for early ganks and kills.
Disarming Hex 3,200DO NOT BE AFRAID TO COUNTER BUY. Anti Gun like Venitor, Haze, viper kinda just people who are getting fed that have gun damage stake them and disarm them pray they die.
Silence Wave 3,200Lore accurate vindicta also anti pocket, yamato, Celeste kinda people who dive you just stake them and use this and spam ping or yell for help.
Alchemical Fire 3,200If you grab this I hate you also grab Superior Duration and skip core and go support mainly a low stack item but you can build with high stacks if you are a pussy.
Rescue Beam 3,200Trust me its good you can pull people to save them and in the air it can be uses to pull a beepbop into position to ult.
Echo Shard 6,400imbue → StakeAlchemical fire double stake. It depends if you go full stake.
Glass Cannon 6,400Its good get sooner for the most part but you need kills pairs well with trophy to be greedy. Point is if you want this rush it early.
Lucky Shot 6,400Helps with ammo and is just raw gun damage get if you have high stacks.
Ricochet 6,400If they deathball alot or you have a dynamo and or lash this is good for your weakness which is single target.
Silencer 6,400If they have alot of spirit at hand get this to stop them.
Escalating Exposure 6,400More of a support item but only get when you have alot of spirit on your team or hardcore snipe.
Compress Cooldown 1,600imbue → StakeCompress your cooldown.
Superior Cooldown 3,200Less cooldown.
Transcendent Cooldown 6,400Everything on cooldown good for medic vindicta or to be support.
Lightning Scroll 6,400I AM GOD.
Spirit Burn 6,400When you fly and deal damage you just kill them and know this you use your crow they will suffer alot also your snipe will burst them.
Divine Barrier 6,400This is just better debuff remover use it on your carry or yourself hell you can just get it without support its just amazing on vin. also screw pocket.
Healing Nova 3,200AOE heal more of a luxury item very good if you have guns on your team with healling tempo.

Scourge 6,400If a tank is going crazy put this on them they will love it. Make sure to fly and put it on them the range is really big.

Focus Lens 6,400Curses dumb little brother that didnt get enough oxygen, if you dont want the damage penalty of curse grab it insted I guess also strong single target.Ability order
