Items in buying order

Laning Phase. If you are taking Egg then try not to play too aggressively. 4.8k

Extra Spirit 800sell order 100To deal some extra damage with your first ability.

Extra Regen 800If your second ability is not able to sustain you and you need extra healing in laning phase.

Torment Pulse 3,200Yes. You need to get this early game. Really good for farming and dealing some extra damage when you are pushing with your Aura of Suffering.

Mystic Regeneration 800You procc Mystic Regen with your 3 and Torment Pulse. Insane survivability.

Radiant Regeneration 3,200Even more HoT and free heals/move speed every time you use your 1 and 2.

Healing Booster 1,600To enhance your healing even further.

Spirit Lifesteal 1,600You heal with your 1 and your 3. Really necessary for survival. Builds up to Infuser which is key for this build.

Enduring Speed 1,600You need speed to catch them inside your Aura of Suffering.

Kinetic Dash 1,600For more fire rate. If you are not comfortable with dash-jumping then then get Swift Striker instead.

Golden Goose Egg 800If you feel it is going to be a long lane. Especially if you have a tank in front of you. Don't prolong too much before claiming though. 2000 should be enough.

Mystic Vulnerability 1,600Makes your Aura of Suffering and Pain Battery deal more damage. Builds up to Escalating Exposure.

Infuser 6,400The most important item of this build. Insane survivability. Before activating your Aura and jumping in a fight make sure to always activate Infuser.

Escalating Exposure 6,400Insane DoT with your Aura of Suffering.

Rapid Recharge 3,200Once your 2 is maxed, you get 4 charges with each charge having a CD of 14.2s, and 5.6s delay between each charge activation.

Greater Expansion 3,200Even more range for your 1, 3 and 4.

Mid Game Optionaloptional

Dispel Magic 3,200Though it is an optional item. But this is extremely overpowerd. Cleanses everything. Knockdowns, any Damage over time attacks or status effects, Warden's Binding Word, etc. Highly recommended.

Metal Skin 3,200If gun heroes are being a problem to you.

Spirit Resilience 3,200If Spirit Damage heroes are being a problem.

Warp Stone 3,200If you are not able to get out of fights or not able to chase your opponents.

Debuff Reducer 1,600Mainly for Shiv and Infernus.

Final Form.Refresher is extremely important for this build. You will be tanking a lot of damage.

Refresher 6,400Key item of Victor. Your survivability goes through the roof.

Superior Cooldown 3,200Now we need to work towards lowering the cooldown of your abilities.

Transcendent Cooldown 6,400For getting your 1 and Ult back as soon as possible. Once you have maxed your ult then wth T.CD you get your ult back in 109s.
